STEP 1: PRE-INSPECTION

Our Technician will do a walk through inspection with you to identify soiling conditions, carpet construction, and potential permanent stains.

STEP 2: PRE-VACUUM

No matter how powerful your cleaning unit, water will not remove dry soil effectively. Your carpet will be pre-vacuumed with a HEPA Commercial grade vacuum to remove bonded and dry soil (at least 79% of all carpet soil can be removed by dry vacuuming).

STEP 3: REMOVING TRAFFIC PATTERNS & STAINS

• A pre-spray will be applied to the entire carpet using a power sprayer or a hand pump sprayer.
• In order to loosen the soiled area, an agitating carpet grooming tool or rotary cleaning machine will be used on the stain.
• After 10-15 minutes, the solution will be ready to extract even more soil.

STEP 4: HOT WATER EXTRACTION & RINSE

Once the soil has been loosened, our hot water extraction cleaning process will thoroughly clean the carpet of all impurites. Next, emulsified hot water will be preheated where it will cut through dirt and grease, which suspends it for extraction.

STEP 5: CARPET GROOMING

We will brush your carpet pile for its best appearance. The carpet pile is set in one direction to aid in the drying process.

Your carpet is now clean from bottom to top! Baires' carpet cleaning process leaves your carpets softer, fresher and cleaner than any other carpet cleaning operation.
